Elio Interio is a multidisciplinary design and execution firm based in chennai , Tamil Nadu, founded by Sedhu Baskaran R, in 2014. The Interio focuses more on intuitive & iterative processes based on context and complexity of understanding of each individual client % their vision for their project. Initial Briefing & Documentation
Project initiation & collection of design brief from the client along with existing site documentation.
Design Development
Further, a 3D model of a proposal for the project is developed based on the inputs from the conceptual stage and accommodating all the functional requirements in the project.
Conceptual Design
Based on the requirements a conceptual mood board for the project is developed to get an idea of the quality of space expected by the client.
Construction Drawings & Service drawings
Finalising the design model, all the necessary working drawings and service drawings are developed for execution of the project.
Schematic Design
The mood board is finalised to work out the details of furniture space, service requirements, circulation spaces and functional aspects in the project.
Bill Of Quantities & Execution Of Project
The quantities of each scope of work as per the design proposal is taken separately and worked out with the costing for the execution of the project.

The first thing I got impressed is the quote they have given that too with premium quality materials, where as from other popular interiors like homelane, livespace and all given quote 150 % high from their quote (Eg: Elio - 5 lakhs, others - 15 lakhs) with low quality plywoods. I personally went to other competitors to compare elios quote and finally gave them order without any hesitation. They are best in the following 1. On time handover. 2. Providing the same output as in the design (few interiors will say output will not be the same as design since it is computer output). 3. We can ask certain changes in the work if needed in the middle (only small changes) 4. Best in false ceiling work 5. Best in lighting solutions Overall 6 star rating for their work.
